WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept payment by BACS, Direct Debit, Standing Order, Cheque or Cash.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

No. All work - immediate or routine - will be priced following discussion between us. The price is set for the duration of the work and/or contract.

CAN I OBTAIN A QUOTE?

In general I will arrange to visit your premises or property and provide a quotation after we have fully assessed the problem(s) However, in some cases, I can give you a "ball-park" idea over the telephone.

DO YOU ENTER INTO AN ON-GOING SERVICE AGREEMENT?

I am happy to arrange a Service Agreement with my customers with a set fee being agreed at the beginning of the contract.
